I'm keeping a blog of my search for the world's perfect chili recipe. Join me as I try out different things and keep notes of what works and what doesn't. My first goal is to come up with a great mild chili that will even please my wife, who isn't a chilihead. After I get my basic recipe down, I will begin experimenting with hotter recipes until I come op with a recipe that doesn't sacrifice flavor for heat.
