Chili Recipe 4/29/2007
Ingredients:
- 4 teaspoons light olive oil
- 1 cup Vidalia onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 lb beef stew meat
- 6 tablespoons ground mild New Mexico red pepper
- 3-1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1-1/2 teaspoons ground oregano
- 3 cups tomato juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup water
- juice of 1 lime
